About the role
- Accounting for our international subsidiaries
- Responsible for the accounting classification of new transactions and their valuation
- Participation in the preparation of financial statements under Belgian and Dutch law (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Further development of our processes, particularly for monthly and quarterly reporting as well as annual financial statements
- Support in automating processes to increase productivity
- Handling all other inquiries arising from the German parent company
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting
- Relevant professional experience or completion of further training as a certified balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
- Experience in accounting within an internationally operating company
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAGE Office Line / Lucanet is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a service-oriented attitude
- Fluent German and good to very good English skills
