About the role

  • Lead functional implementation on complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance projects
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, business process design, and manage the full Oracle ERP deployment lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and cutover
  • Write and maintain Configuration WorkBooks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP systems with other software solutions
  • Ensure successful data conversion and interface development across Oracle Cloud Finance modules

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle implementation experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading Oracle ERP deployments
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance modules: GL, FAH, AP, AR, PO, FA, and Analytics
  • Proven track record in data conversion and interfaces
  • Experience in Public Sector Accounting required
  • Experience with Projects and Grants is a must
  • Public Sector experience preferred
  • Ability to be on site 50% of the time in Washington, DC (alternating weeks remote)
