About the role

You will take responsibility for building and expanding client relationships and the projects associated with them
You will lead programs and projects to develop and implement (transformation) concepts and guide both our consultants and the leadership, specialist staff and employees of our clients
You will act as a sparring partner and primary point of contact for client management stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction through successful project delivery
You will coach and mentor the team members on your projects and contribute significantly to their professional development
You will continuously expand your personal client network and win new clients and projects

At least four years of professional experience at strategic management consultancies, in-house consulting or in a leadership role driving digitalization in companies
Extensive track record in managing programs and projects with a strong change/transformation component
Experience in acquiring clients and projects and in building a personal client network
Excellent qualifications, in particular a completed Master’s degree
Strong creativity and analytical skills to solve our clients' complex challenges
Performance orientation, enthusiasm and a willingness to drive change in the context of digital transformation
