About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shoot video for news reports in the field and newsroom environments
- Edit new video and feed video for television and digital platforms
- Collaborate with reporters, producers, and executive producer to plan coverage and meet editorial needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least two years of experience operating professional video recording equipment preferred
- Experience editing video for broadcast or digital news
- Proficiency with newsroom technology, computers, and standard office equipment
