• Contribute directly to Chloe’s Retention Intelligence Layer, helping transform fragmented data into clear insights and actions for studio owners.
• Build and ship features across NexScale’s SaaS platform
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Contribute to operator-facing dashboards and insights
• Support integrations with CRM and studio management platforms
• Implement AI-driven workflows, recommendations, and automations
• Work with agentic patterns: triggers, decision logic, and feedback loops
• Embed AI into real product experiences—not demos or experiments
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments
• Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
