About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and design the quality management strategies
  • Represent the Quality Management for Power Modules within the development team
  • Correlate the failure mechanisms on power modules
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing quality reports and presentations
  • Manage failure analysis requests, coordinate cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PhD or master’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in semiconductor physics as well as in semiconductor applications, preferably in the SiC / GaN domain
  • Knowledge of international quality standards and policies e.g. AEC-Q101, AQG 324
  • Familiar with measurement methods and equipment as well as device testing environments
