About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- become the expert for your market segment, establishing G2M strategy and promotion collaterals
- understand the competition and new opportunities
- collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, the Application Engineering team, Regional Marketing, GSM, and customer teams to drive business growth with released products
- develop G2M strategy and execution
- own pricing strategy and work with Commercial Marketing, Regional Marketing and GSM
- be involved in negotiation and creating Long Term Agreements (LTAs) & Requests for Quotations (RfQs)
- engage in dealing allocation and escalation
- analyse competitors and build market information continuously
- build customer relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or other related discipline
- An understanding of the power semiconductor sector
- A commercial mindset with a good sense of numbers, assumption-based planning and planning flows
- Previous experience in product line is highly beneficial
- Prior experience in Business Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing or Business Development within the Semiconductor industry
- Direct work experience with power semiconductor industrial and consumer markets
