About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

become the expert for your market segment, establishing G2M strategy and promotion collaterals
understand the competition and new opportunities
collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, the Application Engineering team, Regional Marketing, GSM, and customer teams to drive business growth with released products
develop G2M strategy and execution
own pricing strategy and work with Commercial Marketing, Regional Marketing and GSM
be involved in negotiation and creating Long Term Agreements (LTAs) & Requests for Quotations (RfQs)
engage in dealing allocation and escalation
analyse competitors and build market information continuously
build customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or other related discipline
An understanding of the power semiconductor sector
A commercial mindset with a good sense of numbers, assumption-based planning and planning flows
Previous experience in product line is highly beneficial
Prior experience in Business Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing or Business Development within the Semiconductor industry
Direct work experience with power semiconductor industrial and consumer markets
