About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and prototype intuitive web & mobile interfaces, dashboards, and smooth, effective product experiences.
- Lead problem discovery, not just execute solution design.
- Use continuous, lightweight discoveries, run rapid experiments, build prototypes, and validate design decisions before building.
- Combine design thinking and brand guidelines to innovate while ensuring consistency and usability across the platforms.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to evolve our internal design systems, ensuring visual cohesion and effective collaboration with engineering.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with product managers and stakeholders to deeply understand business goals, user context, and internal requirements.
- Own every stage of the design cycle, from ideating initial solutions through polished user experience implementation.
- Actively participate in continuously improving internal design processes, tooling, and design culture.
- Balance several projects at once, prioritize activities effectively, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates, stakeholders, and peers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Design experience building digital products.
- Great communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts early, often, clearly, and persuasively.
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on.
- Ability to employ both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions, focusing on user needs while also propelling business growth.
- Keen interest in AI and other related fields.
- Ability to comfortably embrace the highly technical nature of nexos.ai product.
- Fluency in English.
- Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work.
