About the role
- Develop the website experience, aligned with business and marketing goals
- Plan and prioritize improvements to ensure the website effectively attracts, educates, and converts visitors
- Own and maintain the website backlog together with stakeholders from marketing, product, and engineering
- Work closely with marketing to support campaign execution, messaging alignment, and growth initiatives through the website
- Continuously analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates
- Track and monitor key website KPIs such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and SEO performance
- Ensure the website delivers strong performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Act as a market expert by understanding customer needs, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities for innovation
- Translate business and growth objectives into clear requirements for delivery teams
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive execution to maintain momentum and business impact
Requirements
- At least **2 years of experience** working as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a growth-focused role
- Proven track record managing **B2B SaaS websites** with a focus on lead generation and conversion
- Experience collaborating closely with **marketing teams** and balancing brand, business, and user needs
- Familiarity with user research methods, heatmaps, **A/B testing**, and behavioral analytics
- Ability to understand highly technical and **AI-related topics** and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to plan work effectively and independently
- **Get-things-done attitude** combined with a creative approach to problem-solving when needed
- Solid prioritization skills and the ability to make pragmatic decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Good understanding of website experience fundamentals, including conversion, usability, and content effectiveness
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Curiosity about customer behavior, market dynamics, and digital growth opportunities
- Startup experience is an advantage, especially in environments where speed, adaptability, and hands-on execution matter
