About the role

Actively participate in engineering tasks and projects by writing code, contributing to the overall deliverables.
Perform code-reviews to identify potential issues or alternative solutions.
Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
Take part in designing, scoping and maintaining features and components.
Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product Owners.
Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the teams.
Proactively propose improvement plans and best practices.
Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and keeping management updated on team performance.
Monitor specific KPIs to ensure the proper delivery of the business.

5+ years of experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript.
2+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in fast-paced product teams.
Strong foundation in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: designers, product managers, backend engineers.
Excellent communication and people skills - experience mentoring and uplifting team members.
Desired: Experience in developing mobile applications (Native, React-Native).
Desired: Experience in FinTech.
Desired: Experience with decentralized IT and distributed systems.
