About the role

  • Understand the market. Advance solutions. Make success measurable.
  • You take responsibility for the market success of our solutions, from new products to the continued development of existing ones.
  • You evolve existing solutions and initiate new ideas when the market calls for them.
  • You support positioning and go-to-market activities.
  • You consistently keep economic goals such as usage, growth and added value in focus.
  • You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Development and other stakeholders, bring technical understanding and act as a translator between stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have experience in product or solution management and understand the challenges of a digital or market-facing environment.
  • You sense what the market and customers truly need and reliably factor commercial considerations into your decisions.
  • Taking responsibility, driving initiatives and making results visible comes naturally to you.
  • You are a strong communicator (German and English) and enjoy working closely with colleagues from Sales, Development and other teams — on equal terms and solution-oriented.
  • You approach tasks in a structured way, quickly identify priorities and follow through consistently.
  • You have technical understanding, e.g., from product management, software development or working with complex digital solutions.
  • You could convince in an elevator pitch that “AI-first” is practiced by you — with a clear sense of where AI supports and where human judgment remains decisive, and you inspire your listeners to do the same.
