• Du entwickelst Content, der wirkt: Unser Ziel ist es, auf LinkedIn sowohl Einblicke in nexmart als Arbeitgeber zu geben als auch unsere Produkte zu erklären und zu bewerben.
• Zusätzlich betreust du unseren Instagram-Account – mit Fokus auf Employer Branding und HR-Insights, um nexmart als attraktiven Arbeitgeber authentisch zu präsentieren.
• Verantwortung für unseren LinkedIn- sowie Instagram-Auftritt: von Strategie über Content-Planung bis Community Management.
• Kreative & datenbasierte Erstellung von Beiträgen (z. B. Carousels, Stories, Artikel).
• Monitoring und Analyse wichtiger KPIs wie Reichweite, Engagement und Follower-Entwicklung.
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei Kampagnen – mit dem Blick aufs „Warum“ hinter dem „Wie“.
