Social Media Manager

• You develop content that makes an impact: our goal on LinkedIn is to provide insights into nexmart as an employer as well as to explain and promote our products.
• In addition, you manage our Instagram account – with a focus on employer branding and HR insights to authentically present nexmart as an attractive employer.
• Ownership of our LinkedIn and Instagram presence: from strategy and content planning to community management.
• Creative and data-driven creation of posts (e.g., carousels, stories, articles).
• Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Active participation in campaigns – always considering the “why” behind the “how”.
