Requirements

  • 5-8 years in partnership management, business development, or technical sales (Software Sales Experience)
  • Proven success in acquiring new partnerships and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working with Independent Software Vendors, software vendors, or technology integration partners
  • Vertical Ecosystem Understanding: Deep knowledge of how software ecosystems operate within specific industries (e.g., retail ECR software, hospitality management systems, ERP platforms
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets through partnership channels
  • Comfortable navigating complex multinational organizations with matrix reporting structures and cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus Skills: Comfortable discussing technical integration requirements and working with development teams
