About the role
- Drive smooth execution of day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks and removing obstacles before they become problems.
- Ensure our experts can use their full cognitive capacity without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Collaborate with a team coach to ensure teams have everything they need to succeed.
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Partner with an organizational coach and the unit head to shape our structure and working practices, while engaging with the rest of the unit and Nexi Digital Finland.
- Support the adoption and continuous refinement of our ways of working
Requirements
- A background in R&D, giving you context to understand and support technical experts
- The ability to navigate complex organizations with efficiency and calmness under pressure
