About the role

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the ISV partner platform in the Nordics region
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and a clearly prioritized development backlog
  • Coordinate workstreams across frontend (portal) and backend (SCS services) teams, ensuring seamless integration
  • Drive feature definition for modular platform components (e.g. onboarding flows, authentication layers, partner tools)
  • Make high-level technical trade-offs in collaboration with architecture and tech leads (micro frontends, SCS, etc.)
  • Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, partner teams, compliance, and developers
  • Ensure product delivery aligns with Nexi’s strategic goals, compliance standards, and partner expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner in digital/technology-driven environments
  • Solid understanding of modern web architecture (micro frontends, APIs, modular systems)
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and manage complex backlogs
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a strategic, business-driven mindset
  • Previous exposure to fintech or payment platforms (Bonus Skills)
  • Familiarity with self-contained systems (SCS) architecture (Bonus Skills)
  • Experience in partner/ISV ecosystems and onboarding flows (Bonus Skills)
  • Understanding of compliance and security in a regulated environment (Bonus Skills)
  • Knowledge of Agile at Scale methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) (Bonus Skills)
