About the role
- Lead front-end development of the Partner Portal, including the web application shell and modular micro-frontends.
- Design the overall front-end architecture, defining how micro-frontends are integrated into the container to ensure visual consistency and efficient, secure communication between modules
- Own technology stack decisions, including the use of micro-frontend frameworks such as Module Federation.
- Lead the frontend engineers in developing new portal features
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers, aligning on data contracts and ensuring a high-performance, modular, and scalable front-end.
Requirements
- Strong experience with micro-frontend architectures.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies, such as React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
- Proven technical leadership skills, with experience leading front-end teams and enforcing best practices in code quality and user experience.
- Experience implementing authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) in enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for micro-frontend deployment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with design and backend teams.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design in complex front-end systems.
