About the role

  • Conduct independent business analysis within IT projects in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Identify and describe stakeholders, business processes, areas, and risks related to projects.
  • Prepare SWOT analyses and project dependency mapping.
  • Plan and estimate the workload of analytical activities.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Collaborate with service owners, project managers, business architects, and system analysts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects
  • Experience in gathering and formulating business requirements
  • Higher education, preferably in IT, business analysis, or IT project management
  • Good knowledge and practical use of BPMN and UML notation
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business conditions, as well as openness to seeking innovative solutions
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of ArchiMate notation
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Experience in leading projects related to ERP system implementations
