About the role
- Conduct independent business analysis within IT projects in accordance with applicable standards.
- Identify and describe stakeholders, business processes, areas, and risks related to projects.
- Prepare SWOT analyses and project dependency mapping.
- Plan and estimate the workload of analytical activities.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements.
- Collaborate with service owners, project managers, business architects, and system analysts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects
- Experience in gathering and formulating business requirements
- Higher education, preferably in IT, business analysis, or IT project management
- Good knowledge and practical use of BPMN and UML notation
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business conditions, as well as openness to seeking innovative solutions
- Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of ArchiMate notation
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
- Experience in leading projects related to ERP system implementations
