About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support for Company Owned ATM Network
- Handles vendor related calls and other requests coming from Direct Clients which are related to Acquiring & Corporate Products
- Act as a back-up for Issuing Contact Center when necessary or as a 1st line call support if specific language requires are in place
- Analyze inspection data, conduct trends analysis and identify root causes of trends. Solve and/or make recommendations to implement changes to correct problems.
- Assist with special projects in its area
- Conduct inspections, prepare required documentation, and interpret basic analytical data.
- Contributes to the improvement of existing procedures and drawing new ones in case of need
- Ensuring Quality Monitoring of individuals to meet department SLA’s and KPI’s.
- May provide inputs for training need.
- May coordinate the rollout of client-specific procedures within the service center.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of banking & association rules and regulations
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Albanian language is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Ability to read, write, type, complete basic arithmetic, and multi task
- Customer service and research skills required
- Verbal Communication and Phone Skills
