About the role

  • Support IT compliance activities, including monitoring adherence to internal policies and standards
  • Assist in internal and external audits (e.g., preparing documentation, collecting evidence)
  • Help identify and assess IT risks and contribute to remediation actions
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement compliance requirements
  • Maintain and update documentation such as policies, procedures, and process descriptions
  • Track changes in regulations and standards (e.g., PCI/ISO/DORA/NIST) and support their implementation
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of GRC tools and processes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT, Information Security, Business Administration, Audit, Compliance or a related field
  • Basic understanding of IT, information security, or compliance concepts
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, NIST.
  • Internship or initial experience in IT, audit, or compliance
  • Experience with GRC tools or ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of risk management principles
