About the role
- Responsible for introducing Nexi’s offerings to the Swedish market
- Responsible for the strategic commercial development of the market in line with our company goals
- Build strong relationships, identify and deliver new business opportunities
- Position Nexi as the trusted partner for card issuing
- Define and implement the local commercial strategy in alignment with overall business goals
- Identify new market opportunities and oversee market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with executives to shape long-term commercial vision and direction
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and optimize sales processes
- Develop pricing strategies
- Support consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Significant years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in payments, banking, or financial services
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and managing full sales cycles
- Experience with Cards as a Service, Payments as a Service, advanced digital issuing solutions or fintech platforms is a strong plus
- Skilled in using CRM tools and digital sales methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Swedish is an advantage
