About the role

  • Responsible for introducing Nexi’s offerings to the Swedish market
  • Responsible for the strategic commercial development of the market in line with our company goals
  • Build strong relationships, identify and deliver new business opportunities
  • Position Nexi as the trusted partner for card issuing
  • Define and implement the local commercial strategy in alignment with overall business goals
  • Identify new market opportunities and oversee market expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate with executives to shape long-term commercial vision and direction
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and optimize sales processes
  • Develop pricing strategies
  • Support consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • Significant years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in payments, banking, or financial services
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and managing full sales cycles
  • Experience with Cards as a Service, Payments as a Service, advanced digital issuing solutions or fintech platforms is a strong plus
  • Skilled in using CRM tools and digital sales methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is an advantage
