About the role
- Participating in the design of initiatives targeting current customers and prospects, actively contributing both in the ideation phase and during operational go-live and call listening sessions
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to plan monthly campaigns
- Monitoring activity KPIs and supporting the campaign cost definition process
- Managing external vendors providing outbound services
- Coordinating with internal departments for the supplier invoicing process
- Optimizing campaign performance: analyzing outbound activity results to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective and enhancement actions
Requirements
- Experience in managing outbound campaigns or operational marketing
- Strong coordination and project management skills with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
- Knowledge of CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, HubSpot)
- Result-oriented mindset and focus on customer experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially in supplier management
- Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team
