About the role
- Engage customers through outbound calls to introduce Nexi’s products and service
- Confidently and clearly present features and benefits of our products and services to our clients
- Ask insightful questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Collaborate with the outbound sales team by passing on qualified leads
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Follow up with clients via email to ensure satisfaction and continuity
- Keep detailed records of interactions and insights to support future sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
