About the role
- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and integrated partner marketing campaigns (digital advertising, content, webinars, events, social) with partners to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Own the partner marketing lifecycle for your market — partner acquisition, onboarding, lead nurturing, MDF management and performance reporting.
- Create partner enablement assets (playbooks, battlecards, decks, case studies and webinars) that help Partner Sales convert faster.
- Plan and deliver local partner events and build partner communities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Product, Proposition and Central Partner teams to localise offers and feed market insights into product and proposition development.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimise using data and marketing automation/CRM insights.
- Manage local budgets, vendor and agency relationships to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Significant experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) and campaign analytics.
- Proven experience delivering integrated demand-generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
- Fluent English and German
- Experience working with cloud ecosystems and/or partners go-to-market models (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce) (Bonus Skill).
- Experience managing MDF/co-funded partner programs and tracking ROI (Bonus Skill).
- Background in payments, fintech or SME marketing (Bonus Skill).
- Proven track record organising local partner events and community programmes (Bonus Skill).
- Knowledge of GDPR and EU marketing compliance (Bonus Skill).
- You write creative texts that match the tone of the respective social media channels (Nice to have).
- You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics and communicate them in a clear and understandable way (Nice to have).
- You have a solid background in digital marketing – ideally with experience using common digital marketing tools (Nice to have).
- You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and can easily create graphics or other content with it (Nice to have).
- Strong PowerPoint skills and confident use of Word, Excel, and other standard software (Nice to have).
- You are comfortable working with analytics, planning, and publishing tools (Nice to have).
- Hands-on experience in creating and delivering content in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders (Nice to have).
- Very good German and English skills, as well as basic knowledge of legal requirements in the online sector, round off your profile (Nice to have).
