Take care of the end-to-end process of design, build and launch of new products and value-added services based on POS terminals.
Identify products and technology available on the market, to satisfy business requirements and define their adaptation to company needs, interacting with Vendors and external Partners
Address and validate feasibility studies, risks and release plans of assigned initiatives
Monitor product quality, both in terms of time-to-market and customer satisfaction
Handle communication and relationships with project stakeholders (requesting departments, internal factories, both regional and group-level, HW/SW vendors) and corporate management, both at domestic and European level
Support Large Accounts presales and delivery processes as subject matter expert
Requirements
Strong knowledge of physical EFT-POS terminals, virtual and SW-based systems, related architectures, standards.
Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle and project management methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge of possible integrations between payment systems and business information systems, LAN and cloud-based architectures, omnichannel services, back-end APIs
Business processes analysis/design
Proficiency in English language, both in writing on complex topics and conversation including highly conflictual situations
Experience as Product Manager preferably in the payment terminals domain (bonus)
