About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Nexford's global social strategy
Develop content concepts, campaigns, and recurring series
Write and edit across formats — short-form video, thought leadership, founder content, newsletters, and campaign extensions
Create content that earns saves, shares, and genuine conversation
Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, repurposing, and reporting
Define the KPIs that matter and run structured experiments

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in senior social or content marketing roles
Demonstrated experience building social strategies for B2C, edtech, SaaS, or mission-driven brands
Strong writing and editorial instincts
Hands-on with AI content tools
Comfort influencing across functions without direct authority
Nice to have: experience in higher education or adult-learner audiences; building executive thought leadership; managing creators or UGC; familiarity with the modern content stack (HubSpot, GA4, Sprout, Canva)
