About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Nexford's global social strategy
- Develop content concepts, campaigns, and recurring series
- Write and edit across formats — short-form video, thought leadership, founder content, newsletters, and campaign extensions
- Create content that earns saves, shares, and genuine conversation
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, repurposing, and reporting
- Define the KPIs that matter and run structured experiments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in senior social or content marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience building social strategies for B2C, edtech, SaaS, or mission-driven brands
- Strong writing and editorial instincts
- Hands-on with AI content tools
- Comfort influencing across functions without direct authority
- Nice to have: experience in higher education or adult-learner audiences; building executive thought leadership; managing creators or UGC; familiarity with the modern content stack (HubSpot, GA4, Sprout, Canva)
