About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Nexford's global social strategy
  • Develop content concepts, campaigns, and recurring series
  • Write and edit across formats — short-form video, thought leadership, founder content, newsletters, and campaign extensions
  • Create content that earns saves, shares, and genuine conversation
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, repurposing, and reporting
  • Define the KPIs that matter and run structured experiments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in senior social or content marketing roles
  • Demonstrated experience building social strategies for B2C, edtech, SaaS, or mission-driven brands
  • Strong writing and editorial instincts
  • Hands-on with AI content tools
  • Comfort influencing across functions without direct authority
  • Nice to have: experience in higher education or adult-learner audiences; building executive thought leadership; managing creators or UGC; familiarity with the modern content stack (HubSpot, GA4, Sprout, Canva)
