About the role

  • Spend 80% of your day engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and guide learners through the application process.
  • Conduct outbound calls to convert high-priority leads.
  • Follow up with leads and adapt strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
  • Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales ( bonus points if you have education, EdTech, or SaaS experience! ).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening.
