About the role
- Spend 80% of your day engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats.
- Handle inbound inquiries and guide learners through the application process.
- Conduct outbound calls to convert high-priority leads.
- Follow up with leads and adapt strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
- Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales ( bonus points if you have education, EdTech, or SaaS experience! ).
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening.
