Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders
Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology
Drive funded loan production, ensuring smooth pipeline management
Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for your clients
Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely closings
Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support
Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in correspondent originations, with a focus on NonDelegated Counterparties
Proven success in account management or business development roles
Strong knowledge of Delegated and Non-Delegated lending practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
