About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work as an Inside Sales representative for SMB customers
  • Prospect, develop, and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Provide consultative support to customers interested in Microsoft solutions
  • Prepare commercial proposals for Microsoft licensing
  • Assist customers in choosing the best solutions according to their needs
  • Work with solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, and related services
  • Conduct follow-ups on proposals, renewals, and ongoing opportunities
  • Record and update information in the CRM
  • Support commercial activities, campaigns, and demand generation together with the Marketing team
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, support, licensing, and delivery teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Inside Sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience or interest in technology, cloud, SaaS, or software licensing
  • Basic knowledge of or experience with Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or Copilot
  • Consultative, organized, and results-oriented profile
  • Ability to quickly learn about technology solutions
  • Skill in conducting negotiations, follow-ups, and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
