About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze commercial proposals and understand the scope of the implementation project
- Elicit and document the client's business processes
- Prepare the environment for demonstrations and lead workshops
- Map functional gaps and propose workaround solutions
- Draft functional specifications according to client requirements
- Support key users in the tool validation process
- Review parameters and perform balance migrations for go-live
- Provide post-go-live support in production together with key users
- Conduct Dynamics 365 system training for business areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory and Transfers processes within ERP environments
- Experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar solutions (preferably Dynamics 365 SCM/F&O)
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
- Strong communication skills, proactivity and a problem-solving mindset
- Advanced or fluent English
