About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze the commercial proposal and understand the scope of the implementation project
Gather the client's business processes and document them
Ability to prepare the environment for presentations and to conduct workshops
Map functional gaps and propose appropriate workaround solutions
Prepare functional specifications according to the client's requirements
Support key users during the tool validation process
Review parameters and perform balance migrations for go-live
Monitor the solution in production together with key users
Conduct Dynamics 365 system training aimed at the business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory and Transfer processes within ERP environments
Experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar solutions (preferably Dynamics 365 SCM/F&O)
Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
Good communication skills, proactivity and a strong problem-solving focus
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)
