About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze the commercial proposal and understand the scope of the implementation project
Gather and document the client’s business processes
Prepare the environment for demonstrations and lead workshops
Map functional gaps and propose appropriate workarounds
Develop functional specifications according to client requirements
Support key users during the tool validation process
Review parameters and perform balance migrations for go-live
Monitor the solution in production together with key users
Conduct Dynamics 365 system training tailored to business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Production, Planning, Inventory, and Cost in ERP environments
Experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or similar solutions (preferably Dynamics)
Knowledge of industrial processes and supply chain
Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, material requirements planning (MRP), master planning, inventory control, and manufacturing costing
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving focus
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)
