About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze the commercial proposal and understand the scope of the implementation project
- Gather and document the client’s business processes
- Prepare the environment for demonstrations and lead workshops
- Map functional gaps and propose appropriate workarounds
- Develop functional specifications according to client requirements
- Support key users during the tool validation process
- Review parameters and perform balance migrations for go-live
- Monitor the solution in production together with key users
- Conduct Dynamics 365 system training tailored to business areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Production, Planning, Inventory, and Cost in ERP environments
- Experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or similar solutions (preferably Dynamics)
- Knowledge of industrial processes and supply chain
- Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, material requirements planning (MRP), master planning, inventory control, and manufacturing costing
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving focus
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)
