About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze commercial proposals and understand the scope of the implementation project
Gather and document the client's business processes
Prepare the environment for demonstrations and lead workshops
Map functional gaps and propose workaround solutions
Create functional specifications according to client needs
Support key users during the tool validation process
Review parameters and perform balance migrations for go-live
Support the solution in production together with key users
Conduct Dynamics 365 system training tailored to business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade or similar), or equivalent experience
Intermediate/advanced English (MANDATORY): fluency sufficient to run meetings, document solutions and communicate with stakeholders and international teams
Minimum 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain Management / AX), working end-to-end on projects (discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare), having led at least one full implementation cycle as an architect/functional lead, ensuring consistency of the design across SCM modules and their interfaces with Finance
Experience in high-complexity projects with integrations and critical scenarios such as Brazilian localization/tax, Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), integrations with logistics operators/3PLs, RF/mobile collectors, satellite systems (MES, scales, PLM), EDI and supplier portals; responsible for defining the approach, aligning with stakeholders and mitigating risks
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into an integrated solution covering end-to-end Supply Chain flows: procurement and sourcing (procure-to-pay), inventory and costing management, master planning (master planning / DDMRP), manufacturing (discrete, process, lean), warehousing and shipping, sales and order management (order-to-cash), with clear impacts on inventory accuracy, costing, invoicing, reconciliations and period close
Ability to produce and defend solution documentation to client standards, including functional blueprints, fit-gap with recorded decisions (standard x configuration x extension/ISV x process change), process diagrams and flows (BPMN/end-to-end), and supporting materials for testing and acceptance (acceptance criteria, test cases and traceability)
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management, preferably with Azure DevOps (or equivalent), ensuring scope clarity, prioritization and delivery quality
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), environments (Tier-1/Tier-2) and release/build processes is highly valued
Excellent executive communication, strong persuasion and influencing skills, able to align business and IT stakeholders, facilitate decisions and negotiate priorities with firmness and diplomacy (scope x schedule x budget)
