About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and qualify companies with potential for Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Business Central.
- Conduct outbound prospecting using market tools.
- Map and engage different decision-makers (CFO/Finance, COO/Operations, Supply Chain, IT/CIO, CEO/Owner).
- Create personalized messaging, schedule qualified meetings, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales and pre-sales teams.
- Maintain CRM discipline: consistent record-keeping, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring data quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in ERP prospecting (Totvs, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or similar).
- Mid-level experience in sales development / pre-sales.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or technology-related fields.
- Excellent research skills, consultative approach, and clear written communication.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to engage with different decision-making levels (CFO, IT, and Operations).
- Preferred: English and/or Spanish.
- Prior knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Experience selling to medium and large enterprises with complex operations.
