About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work on strategic digital transformation projects, supporting large companies in the evolution of their commercial processes, customer service, marketing, customer relationships, and field service.
The professional will participate in implementation projects for the Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service, and Field Service.
Conduct business scenario and process/procedure discovery for the client, taking into account Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities when designing the solution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with CRM tools (Dynamics D365, Salesforce, SAP Sales, Oracle)
Previous experience working as a Functional Consultant on at least one of these platforms
Ability to articulate the solution vision during functional discovery meetings with the client
Produce technical and functional documentation and specifications
Knowledge of project implementation using agile methodologies
Knowledge of the native features of the tools (desirable)
Knowledge of Power Platform (desirable)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Financial Management, Commercial Management, or related fields
