About the role

  • Provide technical leadership to the team of consultants on implementation and support projects
  • Review solutions and documentation before delivery to the client
  • Support team members' career development (1:1s, feedback, individual development plans)
  • Serve as the technical escalation point and reference in critical situations
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and project standards
  • Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 releases and roadmap

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years working with the technologies mentioned
  • Previous experience (formal or as a technical reference) leading development teams on medium- and large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in customizations: forms, views, workflows, Power Automate, Business Rules
  • Knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and custom entities
  • Familiarity with Power Platform
  • Knowledge of managed/unmanaged solutions and ALM (application lifecycle management)
  • Experience deploying projects using agile methodology
  • Intermediate to advanced English for international projects or documentation
