About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with development and product teams to ensure the quality of deliveries throughout the entire development lifecycle;
Plan, design, and execute test scenarios and test cases (functional, regression, and automated);
Develop, enhance, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations;
Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution;
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality perspective from the conception of requirements;
Support the definition, implementation, and evolution of QA strategies, processes, and best practices;
Perform impact analyses and support validation processes across different environments;
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure deliveries with high reliability and performance;
Promote continuous improvement of testing processes, product quality, and end-user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a QA Analyst / Software Tester;
Hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress/Playwright;
Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing;
Experience working in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools;
Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD);
Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools);
Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
Collaborative profile with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
Good communication, autonomy, and ability to exert technical influence;
Practical experience using AI tools applied to test engineering (e.g., data generation, creation and maintenance of automation scripts, QA process optimization).
