About the role

  • Lead, in an integrated manner, the Marketing, Commercial, Customer Success, Customer Experience and Communications areas, with strategic focus on institutional and commercial relationships with Unimeds, ensuring clear and consistent communication of NEXDOM's convergence strategy toward a single platform, increasing adoption and strengthening trust in the ecosystem.
  • Design and lead the institutional relationship strategy with the Unimed System.
  • Communicate NEXDOM’s technological convergence proposition in a clear, strategic and unified way.
  • Position the company as a strategic partner for Unimeds.
  • Define and execute strategies to win new Unimeds to the platform.
  • Develop consultative commercial plans that respect the policies and governance of the Unimed System.
  • Work with Federations, Singular cooperatives and other instances of the System.
  • Establish an ongoing care plan for Unimed clients.
  • Create clear onboarding, adoption and expansion journeys.
  • Ensure perception of security, stability and long-term partnership.
  • Lead strategic communications with cooperatives, boards and executive directors.
  • Ensure alignment of the narrative around technological convergence.
  • Develop high-impact executive materials.
  • Have deep knowledge of the policies, regulations and guidelines of the Unimed System.
  • Operate with excellent institutional access and relationship skills.
  • Anticipate risks and align strategic expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the Unimed System (Singular cooperative, Federation or Confederation).
  • Deep knowledge of the policy, governance and dynamics of the Unimed System.
  • Experience leading integrated teams (Marketing, Commercial and Relationship).
  • Proven track record of institutional relationships with boards and executive councils.
  • Experience in technology companies or digital transformation projects.
  • Strategic mindset with strong results orientation.
  • Excellent executive communication and influencing skills.
  • University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related fields).
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Management, Business or Healthcare is desirable.
