About the role
- Execute activities according to quality criteria;
- Knowledge of software testing concepts and practices;
- Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases;
- Create and execute test scripts/cases and communicate test results;
- Prepare estimates for testing projects;
- Retrieve and interpret system logs (database or application);
- Perform root cause analysis for low-complexity issues;
- Experience with types of software testing (regression, exploratory);
- Detect, document and track bugs;
- Experience with automated testing;
- Actively and collaboratively participate in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies, and interactions with other teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of databases;
- Familiarity with frontend testing in web applications;
- Ability to plan, write and execute test scenarios;
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Knowledge of the Cypress or Playwright frameworks;
- Knowledge of API testing;
- Courses or certifications in software testing.
