Project Manager

• Take ownership of end-to-end technical project management for assigned customers — from gathering requirements through to successful project delivery and acceptance
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams consisting of software developers, testers, and support specialists
• Develop technical solution concepts together with project partners and define the project roadmap
• Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Provide technical support and contribute to departmental initiatives and improvements
• Support the sales team in a technical pre-sales role, helping to acquire new customers and strategic partners
• Occasional business travel is required
