Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned channel partners

Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a high-quality experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
One to three years of experience with customer service, project management, or training and education is preferred.
Ability to present complex material with confidence to a varied audience.
Knowledge of SAAS/technology support models is a plus.
Proficiency in computer use and working with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
