About the role
- Support Wholesale & Correspondent Lending channel business plan objectives
- Effectively solicit Wholesale & Correspondent prospects via networking and cold calling to assess opportunity and pre-qualify based on NexBank approval requirements.
- Regular travel to visit clients on-site or at industry conferences to conduct regular sales calls to review business, provide guidance/feedback and uncover new opportunities to expand partnerships
- Drive client activity across NexBank breadth of products and delivery options – including Wholesale and Correspondent (Delegated and Non-Delegated), & Warehouse Lending according to client needs/market conditions
- Develop comprehensive knowledge/understanding of each client’s business and how NexBank can maximize each client relationship
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and current customers via effective sales techniques and using company marketing and communication resources and tools as appropriate
- Serve as a client advocate, deliver full-circle client satisfaction while simultaneously creating and implementing process improvements to improve the client experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience as a Mortgage TPO Sales Representative
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and account development skills.
- Familiar with Agency guidelines and other loan programs.
- Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM Asset Depletion (no income, no employment) DSCR (Business Purpose Debt Coverage Ratio loan)
