- Responsible for analyzing, defining methods, processes, and continuous improvement in Information Technology environments.
- Mapping workflows, identifying failures, and implementing effective solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a facilitator between IT and business areas.
- Analyze and identify issues and propose effective solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
- Postgraduate degree / specialization in IT preferred.
- ITIL or COBIT certification preferred.
- Advanced or fluent Spanish preferred.
