About the role

  • Act as a solutions architect for Cisco and other partner vendors with customers and partners;
  • Research, analyze, and specify complete IT architectures, including: data communication network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, and WAN), information security (NGFW, Secure Access, Zero Trust, SASE, etc.), Unified Communications and Collaboration, Data Center, Virtualization, Storage and Backup, Cloud Computing (hybrid and multi-cloud models);
  • Conduct technical analyses, requirements gathering, and architecture design for complete solutions;
  • Design and develop technical solution offerings using the Cisco portfolio and other partner vendors;
  • Prepare technical solutions aligned with customers' functional, technical, and financial requirements;
  • Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs, technical documents, BoMs (Bill of Materials), and technical-commercial proposals;
  • Evaluate technical and financial alternatives for IT architectures, proposing comparative scenarios when necessary;
  • Develop technical descriptions, solution statements, and executive and technical presentations;
  • Develop technical and architectural diagrams for proposed solutions;
  • Provide direct technical support to sales teams, offering specialized consulting on solutions, technologies, and products from Cisco and other partner vendors;
  • Develop and present use cases, ROI/TCO analyses, competitor comparisons, and technical differentiation analyses;
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, Assessments, PoCs/PoVs, and workshops focused on business value;
  • Participate in pricing for implementation services and IT solutions, considering costs, margins, risks, scope, and delivery model;
  • Drive the development of solution roadmaps, aligning expectations among the customer, commercial team, and business areas;
  • Interact with customers, prospects, partners, and industry groups to understand business challenges, strategic objectives, and expected outcomes; act in a consultative manner throughout the entire sales cycle;
  • Make customer site visits and conduct in-person meetings when required;
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and the solution roadmaps of Cisco and other partner vendors;
  • Facilitate the technical transition between presales and delivery teams, ensuring quality and adherence to the proposed solution;
  • Support training and technical enablement for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the area.
  • Desired: Fluent English.
  • Specialization in data communication networks, voice, video, and security systems.
  • Cisco CCNP certification or higher.
