About the role

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, acting as a trusted and proactive advisor.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities by mapping needs and presenting Cisco and Pure Storage solutions.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for each client to maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sales activities.
  • Possess deep knowledge of Cisco solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Stay up to date with Cisco’s latest technologies and trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring proper implementation and vendor solution support.
  • Negotiate and close contracts effectively, maximizing value for the company and the client.
  • Ensure business profitability by managing costs and profit margins.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Lead and motivate the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to the professional development of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, or Information Technology.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Experience with commercial routines/operations.
  • Experience selling Cisco solutions.
