About the role
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary client contact, acting as a trusted and proactive advisor.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities by mapping needs and presenting Cisco and Pure Storage solutions.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for each client to maximize revenue potential.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sales activities.
- Possess deep knowledge of Cisco solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
- Stay up to date with Cisco’s latest technologies and trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring proper implementation and vendor solution support.
- Negotiate and close contracts effectively, maximizing value for the company and the client.
- Ensure business profitability by managing costs and profit margins.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure the success of initiatives.
- Lead and motivate the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Contribute to the professional development of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, or Information Technology.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience with commercial routines/operations.
- Experience selling Cisco solutions.
