About the role

  • Issue invoices and fiscal documents for services, simple shipments, resale materials and other related documents upon billing requests via contract or billing order, to ensure billing for services provided by Nexa group companies.
  • Send invoices and supporting documents to clients upon their request to facilitate receipt of payments for services or products sold by Nexa group companies.
  • Arrange the return of material invoices issued incorrectly (not matching the order or with incorrect company details), request any credits from suppliers arising from returns when applicable, and coordinate with involved parties to regularize the situation.
  • Organize and submit monthly accounting and tax documents to the Accounting department based on financial reports in the ERP system to support financial and accounting entries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • At least one year of experience in taxation.
  • Familiarity with triangular operations is desirable.
