Data Analyst

• Perform ad-hoc analysis on portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and repayment behaviors
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA’s) of unexpected risk events (e.g., sudden spike in defaults, fraud emergence, data pipeline errors)
• Build clear, actionable presentations for C-Level leadership when urgent risk questions arise
• Create self-service dashboards and drill-down tools to reduce bottlenecks in recurring investigations
• Support model monitoring (drift, stability, back-testing) by providing supplementary analysis and collaborating with the DS team
• Collaborate with collections and fraud teams to identify data-driven intervention opportunities
