About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and coordinate internal team events and office gatherings
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and day-of execution
- Order office snacks, drinks, and supplies; maintain inventory
- Manage key card issuance and access requests for employees
- Handle general administrative tasks to support day-to-day office needs
- Serve as the point of contact for building management/superintendent on facilities issues
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor visits
- Ensure the office space is well-maintained and stocked
- Support basic administrative HR tasks as needed
- Assist with onboarding-related office logistics (e.g., setting up workstations, key cards for new hires)
- Perform other duties as assigned, based on the evolving needs of the office and team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in an office management, administrative, or facilities coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing vendor and building management relationships
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks
- Open to part-time hours (20 hours p/w, two full in office days, one half day remote); flexibility on schedule is a plus
- Ability to work from our office in midtown Manhattan two days per week (Tuesday/Thursday)
