Senior Client Partnerships Associate, EMEA

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strong client relationships (from Manager to VP+) with your clients in EMEA, and invest in them to ensure continued engagement, sales success, and retention
- Build and share executive-grade proposals and RFP responses worth anywhere from $10k to $500k+
- Manage end-to-end contracting processes, from receipt of client briefs, to pitching and negotiations, to contracting; act as the SME for process and quality control
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities based on emerging client business needs and NewtonX’s innovative solutions
- Act as the main client advocate, bringing creative thinking around pricing, solutioning, and client team set-up to maximize our chances to win and grow client life-time value
- Develop strategic account plans to increase our footprint with clients in EMEA that include commercial levers, digital brand building, and physical brand building (events)
- Establish account management best practices (including pricing strategies and growth levers) to maximize win rates, re-engage dormant accounts, and expand footprint
- Help design and develop scalable processes and tools that make the team more effective in driving growth and reducing cost of customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with our EMEA RVP and wider growth organization to refine pitches and bring the best NewtonX has to offer to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors or Masters degree from a top UK University
- 1-3 years experience in a professional services, sales, account management, and/or management consulting environment
- Experience working with external clients directly, in a relationship-building, account management, project management, and/or commercial capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a business setting
- Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership to independently drive high quality deliverables and outputs
- Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
