💰 $150,000 - $170,000 per year

About the role

  • Shape and maintain the product-led growth roadmap across the entire business.
  • Own the expert acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end.
  • Run A/B tests, evaluate funnel performance, and rapidly iterate based on insights.
  • Analyze client demand trends, audience supply gaps, and industry-specific opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to discover, test, and scale new expert acquisition channels.
  • Own and optimize the onboarding and sign-up experience.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs related to audience acquisition, onboarding success, and activation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with exposure to Growth, PLG, or marketplace dynamics.
  • Skilled at interpreting funnel data, measuring outcomes, and using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience designing, running, and scaling A/B tests or growth experiments.
  • Proven success working across functions (Marketing, Design, Engineering, Ops) to deliver results.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments; comfortable balancing short-term tests with long-term strategy.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces, expert networks, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
