About the role

  • Develop and deliver a clear, long-term marketing strategy across events, publications, and digital platforms.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting goals and driving innovation.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns to increase subscriptions, delegate acquisition, and sponsorship revenue.
  • Use CRM, automation, and analytics tools to optimise performance and track ROI.
  • Strengthen Newton Media’s brand positioning and market visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, cross-promotions, and audience growth.
  • Act as a senior marketing advisor, ensuring marketing is integrated across all business areas.

Requirements

  • You’re experienced at senior level in B2B media, publishing, or events marketing and confident leading both strategy and execution.
  • A strong track record in developing and delivering marketing strategies that fuel business growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign optimisation, and analytics.
  • Experience leading delegate and subscription marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills - you inspire others and get things done.
  • A commercial mindset, always focused on results and ROI.
  • (Bonus points if you’ve used ConstantContact, HubSpot, or Marketo, or worked in international B2B markets.)
